EZ System® is a joy to assemble.
It mainly consists of prefabricated parts, and has an ingenious flexible face mounting system.
The plastic edge of the flexible face is mounted to the frame with the EZ profile. The front of the flexible face is mounted to the light box, and the lid profile is screwed into place with self-drilling screws. A hinged opening and closing mechanism makes it easy to replace fluorescent tubes or change messages.
As you have seen in the pictures of the signs, the flexible face can also be fixed directly to the façade without being mounted to a light box.

As the flexible-face sign from the factory is provided with a plastic edging it can easily be attached to the tensioning profile.

The sign is attached to the tensioning profile, firstly at the top edge and one side, on the sides the tensioning profile is premounted in the frame.

Then attach the sign to the tensioning frame on the sides where the profile is “loose”.

The sign is then tensioned using the stretch frame’s built-in tool function. Attach the sign’s longest side first of all.

The tensioning frame is locked with self-drilling screws in the drilling instructions.
|
The covering is available in any colour.
|

|
The cover is also locked with self-drilling screws in the drilling instructions.
|
To simplify servicing the front of the flexibleface sign frontage can be opened and has built-in hinges.

It’s that easy to mount a flexible, sustainable and really attractive sign.
