A great interest for ROLLSROLLER® Traffic

Introducing ROLLSROLLER® Traffic - the application table that is specially suited for the production of road signs. Reklamidé, a company based in Karlstad, Sweden, recently had a first showing of the new applicator at the Intertraffic fair in Amsterdam, and there was a great interest in the product.

ROLLSROLLER TrafficProducing road signs is a huge industry all over the world. Most Scandinavian producers already use the ROLLSROLLER Flatbed Applicator® and thereby get a very effective production chain. But outside of Scandinavia, there is a great potential and that is why Reklamidé has developed a table specially adjusted for road signs. The difference between a traditional table and ROLLSROLLER® Traffic is that the working area of glass and the cutting mat have been replaced with aluminum sections. The sections are vertically adjustable to fit the bent sheet metal to which the road sign will be applied.

A regular ROLLSROLLER® can also be used for producing road signs. The Norwegian company Euroskilt has bought more than 20 of them. Among the Swedish producers of road signs that have used ROLLSROLLER® for a long time, we find PPV and Blinkfyrar. The new model Traffic is specially developed for road signs producers, and the interest in Amsterdam was remarkable.

Markus Ryberg, marketing manager at Reklamidé: “The two ROLLSROLLER® we brought to our stand at Intertraffic were sold immediately, a 600/145 Traffic and a 400/170 Premium. Many road signs producers buy a ROLLSROLLER® equipped with two sliding beams. This makes it possible for them to have two work stations at one table.”

ROLLSROLLER® Traffic come in different sizes, from 2.8 meters long to 10 meters.

Recently, Reklamidé also divided the selection of the traditional application tables into two categories: Basic is inexpensive and have not got as much extra equipment, while Premium is equipped for a really effective production of signs and for print finishing.
